HOLIDAY TIME!

Please read through my updated shop policies as lead times & estimated shipping times have changed. 

All ready to ship items will be shipping out within 1-3 days after day purchased.

All CUSTOM ORDERED or CUSTOM REQUESTED (items not currently available in the shop but requested via private messages or emails) will be made and sent out in the time discussed. I am always open to custom requests, I just cannot guarantee the time of completion and shipment until ordered. 

Cutoff date for holiday gift orders will be December 4th.

ABSOLUTELY no large custom orders guaranteed by Christmas will be taken after

November 1st.  This means any custom order requests made after that date will not be guaranteed by Christmas. (If it is small I will do my best to work something out with you.)

LETS TALK HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIMES!

Unfortunately we are already being heavily warned of shipment delays via USPS. This is the only carrier I use at this time. I understand that the postal services are doing their best to get packages to us in a timely manner. 

I will NO LONGER be accommodating missing, lost, or stolen packages. I will update you via email with your tracking information when the package leaves my home studio. 

After that, I am absolutely not responsible for any issues you may or may not have with your package. It is a very busy time for all of us and although it devastates me when there are package delivery issues, I wont be able to accommodate for any problems I did not cause. 

If your package shows up damaged, please send me an email with details and a photograph of the damage within 24 hours. Otherwise I will not be able to accommodate this either. I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause to my customers. I have faith in the secure packaging of your items, and the postal service workers during this very busy and exciting season!
